We want you to love your Chelsea Ashira products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can help.

Due to the personal nature of haircare products, we can only accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and unopened.

• The request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

• Proof of purchase is required.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or an error was made with the order.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used haircare products cannot be returned.
